Mystery House

Set off in the wilderness near the Teton Mountains in the state of Wyoming is the fabled city of Solstin. The city itself was originally built in the Dark Ages in England and had been mysteriously moved to the plains of Wyoming. The era that the city came from is the same era as the infamous death knight Grevanon Langston. Is there a connection between the two? Possibly. However, that is a tale for another time.

In the city itself is a police precinct that resembles a common jail from the Dark Ages with the same old cells. Yet there is a new addition to the building to resemble current times, allowing the daily operations of the precinct to occur. The precinct is run by a man named Larry Roberts, who had purchased a house that was built five to ten miles outside of the city along a dirt road. Larry receives a couple of faxes while in the office and requests the help of his secretary, who goes by the Carey Relssa. Are these faxes truthful, or are they threatening messages for Larry? And who is Carey Relssa?

Meanwhile, Brian is woken up from a deep sleep in which he has a nightmare about the house that his cousin wrote to him about five years ago. He wakes up to his wife, Faith, calling him due to his screaming. After he wakes up, all he can think about is his research and the letter that his cousin sent him. Brian agrees to pick his son Dimitri up from school while his wife is in surgery at the hospital. Will she make it out unscathed?

While waiting at home for his wife to come home, he sits in his office reading the letter repeatedly. He picks Annie up school, hoping that she would be able to tell him what he needed to do. She informs him that he will be leaving soon and that he must go without her, which she doesn’t understand but knows must be true.

Does Brian leave without her? Will Annie once again be the key? What sort of ordeal will they be placed in this time? And how important was that message that Brian received in the tunnels of the mausoleum five years ago?
